New Artist Video and audios: REMO DA RAPSTAR

Remo Da Rapstar teams up once again with DJ Big Mike to release “Ghetto Hero: the Life and times of Triple Beam Reem” due in stores March 31st. With his first two releases, Remo was able to pave his path towards a successful career while building a loyal fan base. “Rapstar Phenomenon” and “One Hit Away” gave him the right exposure making him the hot feature on the web and in magazines such as XXL, The Source, Loud and on TV stations such as MTV. Along with the album, Remo is once again providing ringtones, wallpapers and digital downloads available for his fans directly from his website www.remodarapstar.com.

Inspired by the overall response of his first two tapes, Remo was excited to get back in the studio and tell yet another tale. “Ghetto Hero” is a reflection of the streets from his perspective; things he sees happen around him and things he has had to endure and go through. “From top to bottom the whole project is my alter ego – Tripple Beam Reem – my reflection of the hood,” says Remo who believes that personal experiences are appreciated most by his fans. With “Ghetto Hero” Remo hopes to bring his listeners a step closer to reality. "Ghetto Hero" is packed with head banging records like “Count Money” featuring the first artist under Remo's All City Distro imprint Richie Sosa, who is also slated to drop his first release "Banned from America" in April 2008. The album boasts 10 tracks of originality painting a picture perfect image of the reality in the streets. From reminiscing about growing up hard in records like “Back home”, to talking about the frustration of having to make a dollar out of 15 cents, having false hope, being addicted to fame and money in tracks like “My world”, “Something’s Gotta Give” and “Pipe Dreams”, Remo doesn’t hold back on anything.

“Ghetto Hero” brings Remo back to where he started, while offering diversity in content evoking emotion that ranges from happiness, to sadness, despair, frustration and adherence. The album will be solely distributed by All City Distro, owned and operated by Remo Da Rapstar. All City Distribution market, distribute, promote and create product for people in the most innovative and ground-breaking ways and this will be the second street album
that has corresponding and interactive online downloads for the fans after Remo’s “One Hit Away.”
