the FACE of HipHossip.com. Ciara Jackson is the daughter of Canada based
R&B singer Chris Jackson and his wife songwriter Cindy Jackson and has been featured several times on my column in the Nigerian Tribune and here. Now it's ""CIARA birthday week"" which ends on her birthday on Tuesday September 3rd 2013.
