#HNNKids (Photos) Is this punishment fair to cut your kid's hair like this?

I saw this at Reporter Gray Hall's page A barber in Georgia, creates the ultimate punishment for naughty boys - giving them an old man's haircut! Is this going too far or is it good discipline? I say it's not fair. Haircuts will now be portraying good looks and if you get punished, bad looks which will increase low self esteem.
