Yam chips (Smoky version)

Y'all know I've been McUnhappy now for the last 9 years after I left the United States with no McDonald's burgers and fries. So I grow baby tender African yams behind the village vacation house.

Every 2 mos I check them and in these videos, I harvested them and cut them up making yam fries, so tender they taste like McDonald fries. Did you know I once lectured McDonalds about yams in these parts on my Yam101 tweet? In the video I cooked it on a portable stove and you can also cook it on firewood as well to give it a smoky flavour.
