Now Dre and Bey have reunite with their remake of Amy Winehouse’s 2006 classic “Back to Black.” Mark Ronson, who co-wrote the original for the late soulstress, debuted the full song on his East Village Radio show on Friday night. The OutKast legend opens the haunting track with an effortless, melodic verse, while Bey follows with her super sultry and seductive vocal over the dark, reverberating beat.
“I’m flattered and honored. I know Amy would be too,” said Ronson of the duo’s cover.
The song can be found on The Great Gatsby soundtrack, available May 7. Listen to the full version with the radio rip below. East Village Radio plays the track SO U GOTTA GO TO MY PALS at ThisisRNB to hear it. I LOVE IT!! The End.
