Its a BAD MOVE to send 3000 US troops here! What are they gonna be doing? I will rather have them fighting #BokoHaram.

Controlling ppl during the Liberian curfew was done well by their own troops. You are risking one of your own troops coming back and infecting the rest and possibly your entire 50 states.
