AVOID AT ALL COSTS....this fuzzy little bug is called the "Puss Caterpillar." If you touch it, you'll be poked by its tiny venomous spines. The pain is worse than a bee, jellyfish, or scorpion, it can cause vomiting and convulsions. It eventually transforms into the Pussy Moth (Megalopyge Opercularis).They can be found all over the southeast (yes, in VA). But right now, they're dealing with a huge number in Florida. WARN YOUR CHILDREN. 

Everything in Florida is in Nigeria. Same climate. We are studying this bug and the norm is not to even touch bugs here.
