PHOTO #HNNCrime. A drunk policeman shot these twin brothers and their pal to DEATH then killed himself. Why are our @policeng officers allowed to drink on the job? In Ibadan so many casually drink palmwine on their breaks and I meet so many in the liquor store in uniform buying alcohol. Now I hear they want to dismiss him posthumously and give him a name on social media. We don't even know the victims names and background but they were innocent!
